In order to deeply promote the educational value of the history study of the Communist Party of China, further optimize the service mechanism and process of the Administrative Office of the school, better improve the service quality, the office staff of the school under the leadership of the party branch on February 28th, 2022, went to the School of Civil Engineering to conduct exchange and research activities, themed “learning party history, fulfilling commitments and taking actions”.
Office staff from both schools had in-depth exchanges and discussions on the institutional reform and operation mode of the administrative office, the cultural construction of the schools, and the management of the daily affairs, also shared opinions on the common “blocking points, pain points and difficulties” appeared during the daily work. After the meeting, they also visited the “Home of the Staff”, “Culture Wall” and the archives of the School of Civil Engineering.
Many successful practices and valuable experiences in the management of the School of Civil Engineering are of great significance for the future work of the Administrative Office of SEE. Through the way of “going out”, SEE will continue to learn from the successful management mode and the advanced management concept of brother schools, and will continuously improve the service quality and work efficiency to better increase the satisfaction and happiness of teachers and students with whole-hearted services.
